Barney has worked within Personal Lines Insurance for over 15 years, with 10 at the leading edge of Insuretech – designing and launching two of the largest self-install telematics products in the UK. He has a wide spectrum of experience across; strategy, commercial, project management and business development with companies such as Direct Line Group and Hastings Direct.
Cara has over 20 years’ diverse experience in financial services with a background in motor insurance, telematics, innovation, new product development, M&A and customer insight.
Passionate about the benefits of behaviour change, Cara is an evangelist for the use of psychology, education, reward and intervention to save lives by changing how people drive.
Kevin has over 25 years technology leadership experience building and running software, data analytics and commercial consulting teams in start-ups and large corporations.
He has a PhD in Machine Vision from Edinburgh University and has worked with a number of private equity backed companies.
Luke has over 15 years experience in the motor insurance sector with Towergate, Aviva and more recently Allianz, offering significant strategic expertise to ingenie.
At Allianz, Luke was responsible for UK market strategy, including young driver product lifecycle.
Qualified actuary with technical pricing background, specialising in extracting maximum value from telematics data via enhanced pricing and product design.
James has extensive experience working with behaviour change and understanding what drives and motivates customer needs. Having worked in both public and private sectors he brings a unique approach to improving the customer experience.
Through the use of psychology and behavioural science he specialises in designing interventions that utilise telematics data to improve driver behaviour and reduce risk.
